:CHANnel:SKEW

Command Syntax

:CHANnelN:SKEW <delay>

Where N identifies a specific channel in the form "<connection1-8>_<ch1-8>". With connection 1, the connection number part (that is, "1_") is optional, and you can simply use the channel number "<ch1-8>". For example, connection 4 channel 2 is CHANnel4_2.

Where <delay> is the delay in seconds and is a double.

Query Syntax

:CHANnelN:SKEW?

Description

This command changes the channel's horizontal alignment with respect to other channels.

The skew adjustment does not change a channel's alignment with respect to the trigger point, so adjusting the skew of a channel that is being triggered on does not appear to adjust the displayed waveform; however, the display of other channels will be adjusted.

Skew is set to a default value of zero.
