Command Syntax

:LTESt:LLINe:SWAVeform:DIFF{N}:WMEMory WMEMory{1:8}

{N} identifies the differential waveform, which must be selected from {1:8}{A|C}. For example, the differential waveform of channels 1A and 2A would be identified as DIFF1A.

Description

Upon completion of limit testing for a limit line test, any differential waveform can be automatically saved to one of eight available waveform memory locations. Use this command to associate a specific waveform memory to a specific differential waveform. To actually enable differential waveforms to be saved, use the :LTESt:LLINe:SWAVeform:DIFF:STATe command.

To enable limit testing for a limit line test, use the :LTESt:LLINe:TEST:STATe command.
