Command Syntax

:LTESt:LLINe:SWAVeform:FUNCtion{1:64}:WMEMory WMEMory{1:8}

Where {1:64} identifies a function.

Where the argument WMEMory{1:8} identifies a waveform memory.

Query Syntax

:LTESt:LLINe:SWAVeform:FUNCtion{1:64}:WMEMory?

Description

Upon completion of limit testing for a limit line test, any function waveform can be automatically saved to one of eight available waveform memory locations. Use this command to associate a specific waveform memory to a specific function waveform. To actually enable function waveforms to be saved, use the :LTESt:LLINe:SWAVeform:FUNCtion:STATe command.

To enable limit testing for a limit line test, use the :LTESt:LLINe:TEST:STATe command.
