Query Syntax

:SYSTem:OSYStem?

Description

Returns a string that identifies the operating system under which the FlexDCA application is running. This is the same text that is shown in the About dialog (click Help > About), under the listing for OS. For example, when running embedded on an N1000A, a string that is similar to the following two strings could be returned:

  • "Windows Embedded Standard 64 Bit"
  • "Microsoft Windows XP 32 Bit"

When running as an application on a PC, a string that is similar to the following is returned:

  • "Windows 7 Enterprise 64 Bit"
