Query Syntax

:SYSTem:SERial? [{FRAMe | SLOT{1:8}}]

Description

Returns the serial number of FlexDCA or a module that is installed in the DCA-X.

FRAMe
Specifies the return of FlexDCA's serial number. This is the default argument if no argument is provided.
SLOT{1:8}
Specifies the return of the serial number for a module that is installed in an DCA-X. For a two-slot module installed in slots 1 and 2, specify SLOT1. For a two-slot module installed in slots 3 and 4, specify SLOT3. For the 86108A four-slot module, specify SLOT1. Specifying an invalid slot for a given type of module results in the string "Not Present" being returned.
