:CHANnel Threshold Commands

Command Syntax

:CHANnelN:THReshold:GENeral:PAM:ASTHresholds

Where N identifies a specific channel in the form "<connection1-8>_<ch1-8>". With connection 1, the connection number part (that is, "1_") is optional, and you can simply use the channel number "<ch1-8>". For example, connection 4 channel 2 is CHANnel4_2.

Description

When specifying PAM general thresholds and you select the ± Hysteresis threshold definition for the selected signal (see :CHANnel:THReshold:GENeral:METHod), you can send this command to automatically set the PAM thresholds and hysteresis using a vertical histogram measurement.

The automatically determined PAM thresholds and hysteresis values can be adjusted using the :CHANnel:THReshold:GENeral:PAM:THResholds:EYE and :CHANnel:THReshold:GENeral:HYSTeresis commands.
