:CHANnel:THReshold:RFALl:BASE

Command Syntax

:CHANnelN:THReshold:RFALl:BASE<amplitude>

<amplitude> is a double.

Where N identifies a specific channel in the form "<connection1-8>_<ch1-8>". With connection 1, the connection number part (that is, "1_") is optional, and you can simply use the channel number "<ch1-8>". For example, connection 4 channel 2 is CHANnel4_2.

Query Syntax

:CHANnelN:THReshold:RFALl:BASE?

Description

For the indicated channel, sets or queries the Rise/Fall threshold's custom base-level setting. The top and base levels are used to locate a waveform's lower and upper threshold levels for rise time, fall time, and slew rate measurements. Specify the level in volts or Watts depending on the waveform type. Use :CHANnel:THReshold:RFALl:TOP to set or query a custom top level.

Before this user-defined base level can be applied to measurements, use the :CHANnel:TBASe:RFALl:METHod command to select user-defined top-base definitions.

The default setting is -240 mV. The maximum setting can be 429 mv, but is bounded by the top level (:CHANnel:THReshold:RFALl:TOP). The minimum setting is -429 mV.

Common Numerical Child Commands

This command supports the use of the following common numerical child commands: :DEFault, :MAXimum, :MINimum, and :STEP.
