Description

MEASUREMENTS AFFECTED

Infiniium uses the waveform's lower, middle, and upper threshold levels during these measurements:

  • duty-cycle distortion
  • rise time
  • fall time

Sets or queries the global middle threshold-definition level. This value is used when making measurements with custom threshold definitions that are based on absolute amplitude. When custom threshold definitions are based on percent, use the :MEASure:THReshold:GENeral:PMIDdle command.

Use the :MEASure:THReshold:GENeral:METHod command to set waveform threshold levels to standard percentages or custom definitions.

Use the :MEASure:THReshold:GENeral:UPPer command to enter a upper threshold level. Use the :MEASure:THReshold:GENeral:LOWer command to enter a lower threshold level.
