Description

Select between AUTomatic or MANual entry of Samples / UI (record length). Changing the Samples / UI affects sweep time (display update rate), histograms, and measurements.

AUTomatic

FlexDCA sets the record length to optimize the single record length versus total database update rate. Automatic is the default setting. It is recommended to select automatic when in color grade or gray scale waveform persistence, or a histogram, or a mask test is enabled.

MANual

Allows you to set the actual sample number using the ACQuire:SPUI command.
