Command Syntax
:EMODules:SLOT{1:8}:ADDRess {SICL | VISA | RS232}
Where the {1:8} specifier identifies a specific module by slot.
Query Syntax
:EMODules:SLOT{1:8}:ADDRess?
Description
Specifies the interface type to a supported extended module: LAN, RS-232, or none. The following table lists the interfacee selections for each type of extended module. Use the commands in the table to actually enter the address of the extended module. Do not use this command for simulated or the N1000A configured as an extended module. For the N1000A, use the commands in the :RDCA subsystem.
