Command Syntax
:PROTocol:PROTocolN:MLANe {OFF | ON}
Where N identifies one of four possible protocol decodes {1:4}. For example, PROTocol3.
Query Syntax
:PROTocol:PROTocolN:MLANe?
Description
Depending on the selected :PROTocol:PROTocol:TYPE, this command specifies whether multi-lane decoding is disabled or enabled. When enabled:
- The data from all lanes that have a multi-lane seed specified are merged into the channel specified in Source 1. The lanes are merged only after finding the alignment characters on each lane. There is a single Packet Listing and Symbol Listing for the combined lanes.
- Each protocol decode can handle only one direction at a time. If you want to decode another direction, you need to set up a different protocol decode for that direction (using Protocol 2, 3, or 4, for example).
