:PROTocol:PROTocol:SEARch:SEARch
Command Syntax
:PROTocol:PROTocolN:SEARch:SEARch
Where N identifies one of four possible protocol decodes {1:4}. For example, PROTocol3.
Description
This command stops acquisitions, highlights the first value found in the waveform window (with a blue marker), and enables navigation controls to find and highlight other values in the most recent acquisition.
This command is the same as selecting the Search button in the graphical user interface (GUI).
To navigate protocol search results, use the :NAVigation Subsystem.
To stop navigating protocol search results, use the :NAVigation:EXIT command. Clearing the display (:ACQuire:CDISplay) or making another acquisition, for example with a Run (:ACQuire:RUN) or Single (:ACQuire:SINGle), also exits protocol search result navigation.
Use an *OPC (Operation Complete) query to pause program execution while waiting for this command to complete.
