Command Syntax
:CRECovery{1:8}:JSANalysis:STYPe {NRZ | PAM4 | UNSPecified}
Where the {1:8} specifier identifies a slot number. When an 86108B module is used, the slot number is always 1.
Query Syntax
:CRECovery{1:8}:JSANalysis:STYPe?
The query response is {NRZ | PAM4 | UNSP}.
Description
Specifies or queries the signal type (NRZ or PAM4) which determines if calibration factors for NRZ or PAM4 signals are applied to either:
- Option JSA phase detector gain correction with N1092A/B, N1060A, N1076A/B, N1077A, N1078A, or 86108B option JSA modules.
- Option CDR phase detector gain correction with N1092A/B-CDR modules that have been programmed with custom NRZ and PAM4 calibration factors.
Requires an N1092A/B-CDR, N1060A, N1076A, N1077A, or 86108A/B clock-recovery module that has Option JSA (Jitter Spectrum Analysis and SW Clock Recovery Emulation).
