:SLOT:TRIGger:RSYmbol:SCTimebase

Command Syntax

:SLOT{1:8}:TRIGger:RSYmbol:SCTimebase

Where the {1:8} specifier identifies a module slot.

Description

Realigns the timebase to use the left edge of the screen as the reference symbol for the pattern. For DCA-X oscilloscopes, use the :TRIGger:RSYMbol:SCTimebase command.

You can first position a symbol at the screen's left edge using one of the following two methods:

• Use the Find symbol sequence dialog. In FlexDCA's menu, click Tools > Find.... Or, use the :TIMebase:Find:Sequence and :TIMebase:FIND:NEXT commands as show here:

• Use the Pattern Navigation Display to select the symbol. To view the Pattern Navigation Display, expand the pattern bar that is shown above the display when pattern lock is enabled. The gray box highlights the symbol shown on the display. You can drag the gray box over the pattern to scroll the displayed symbols. See the User's Guide help for more information. Programmatically, use the :TIMebase:UNITs and :TIMebase:UIRPosition commands.

To automatically determine the reference symbol for the pattern and align the timebase with the reference symbol use the :SLOT:TRIGger:RSYMbol:AUTodetect command.
