Transition-Time Configuration

Use the Transition Time tab of the PAM-N Analysis Setup dialog to define the minimum number of leading and lagging Consecutive Identical Digits (CIDs) required when measuring waveform transition times. The default value is 5 leading CIDs and 6 lagging CIDs. The range of both settings is from a minimum of 1 and a maximum value of 15.

Click PAM Setup button on the PAM toolbar to open this dialog.

The settings in this tab do not affect PAM4 measurements in Oscilloscope mode.
