:FUNCtion:TBASe:GENeral:METHod
Command Syntax
:FUNCtionN:TBASe:GENeral:METHod {AUTO | ABSolute}
Where N identifies one of sixty four {1:64} math functions that you can create. For example, :FUNCtion2.
Query Syntax
:FUNCtionN:TBASe:GENeral:METHod?
Description
For the indicated function, selects the method used to define the waveform top and base definitions. The command is equivalent to setting the signal's Top-Base Definition in the Thresholds > General tab of the Configure Measurements dialog box.
- AUTO
- Specifies that the top (100%) and base (0%) levels be automatically determined using a histogram of the signal's amplitude values. This is the default setting.
- ABSolute
- Allows you to enter absolute values for the top-base levels. When
ABSoluteis selected, use the:FUNCtion:THReshold:GENeral:TOPand:FUNCtion:THReshold:GENeral:BASEcommands to enter the signal's top and base levels.
