Description

To View the Histograms

Viewing the histograms allows you to see the affects of your adjustments in real time.

  1. Turn on the TDECQ measurement.
  2. In the Results panel, select Annotations.

Turns on and off the optimization of histogram times for a :MEASure:EYE:TDECQ measurement. Time optimization can be used to reduce test times. The :MEASure:TDEQ:OHTime command should always be followed with a *OPC? query for program timing.

ON
Enables you to adjust the spacing between the two measurement histograms using the :MEASure:TDEQ:OHSeparation (histogram spacing) and :MEASure:TDEQ:OHTLimit (adjustment limit).
OFF
Enables you to adjust the position of the left histogram using the :MEASure:TDEQ:LHTime command or the right histogram using the :MEASure:TDEQ:RHTime command.

This command is equivalent to the Optimize Histogram Times setting which is located in the TDECQ Configuration tab of the PAM-N Analysis Setup dialog. To watch how the histogram changes while you adjust this setting, display the histograms on the waveform.
