Description

MEASUREMENTS AFFECTED

The logic level definition affects these measurements:

Defines the one and zero levels as the average one and zero levels or in terms of a minimum number of consecutive identical digits (CID). This affects the measurements results listed in the sidebar. The results are reported for both one and zero levels.

AVERage
Selects definitions that are based on an average level with the one level is reported as the mean of the one level ISI histogram, and the zero level is reported as the mean of the zero level ISI histogram. This is the default setting.
CIDigits
Slects the one level defined as the average level of all ones that meet the CID requirements and the zero level defined as the average level of all zeros that meet the CID requirements. Measurements based on CID minimize the effects of ISI on the levels. Use :MEASure:AMPLitude:DEFine:LEVel:CIDigits:LEADing and :MEASure:AMPLitude:DEFine:LEVel:CIDigits:LAGGing to specify the minimum number of consecutive digits.

Amplitude analysis must be turned on before the first interference measurement can be made. Use the :MEASure:AMPLitude:DEFine:ANALysis command.
