Description

Sets the Target CER (Codeword Error Ratio) for the CER TDECQ (:MEASure:EYE:CTDecq) and CER Noise Margin (rms) (:MEASure:EYE:CNMargin) measurements. By default, the Target CER tracks the Target SER (Symbol Error Ratio). To set the Target CER, you must first disable tracking with the :MEASure:TDEQ:CER:TSER command.

The minimum value of Target CER is 10^–15, the maximum value is 100E^–3, and the default value is 100E^–6.
