:WMEMory:UNAMe
Command Syntax
:WMEMory{1:8}:UNAMe <string>
Where the {1:8} specifier identifies one of eight possible waveform memories. For example, :WMEMory4.
Requires FlexDCA revision A.03.00 and above.
Query Syntax
:WMEMory{1:8}:UNAMe?
                                            Description
Assigns a custom user name to waveform memory. User names are helpful because they identify what a waveform represents rather than the oscilloscope's input channel. For example, you could assign user name "DUT Output" to the memory 2 waveform. User names can be 25 characters or less and are displayed on the screen and on screen captures. To remove a custom user name, re-create it using an empty string. To assign the user name to the name of the waveform file that was imported into eye memory, use the :WMEMory:UNAMe:UFName command.
Custom user names can by created for other waveforms using the following commands:
- :CHANnel:UNAMe
- :CMODe:UNAMe
- :DIFF:UNAMe
- :EMEMory:UNAMe
- :FUNCtion:UNAMe
- :TDR:DUT:DIFFerential:NPORt:UNAMe
- :TDR:DUT:DIFFerential:PPORt:UNAMe
- :TDR:DUT:DIFFerential:SIGNal:UNAMe
- :TRACe:UNAMe
