:WMEMory:UNAMe
Command Syntax
:WMEMoryN:UNAMe <string>
{1:8} identifies one of eight waveform memories. For example, the memory 2 would be identified as :WMEMory2.
Requires FlexDCA revision A.03.00 and above.
Query Syntax
:WMEMoryN:UNAMe?
Description
Assigns a custom user name to waveform memory. User names are helpful because they identify what a waveform represents rather than the oscilloscope's input channel. For example, you could assign user name "DUT Output" to the memory 2 waveform. User names can be 25 characters or less and are displayed on the screen and on screen captures. To remove a custom user name, re-create it using an empty string. To assign the user name to the name of the waveform file that was imported into eye memory, use the :WMEMory:UNAMe:UFName
command.
Custom user names can by created for other waveforms using the following commands:
:CHANnel:UNAMe
:CMODe:UNAMe
:DIFF:UNAMe
:EMEMory:UNAMe
:FUNCtion:UNAMe
:TDR:DUT:DIFFerential:NPORt:UNAMe
:TDR:DUT:DIFFerential:PPORt:UNAMe
:TDR:DUT:DIFFerential:SIGNal:UNAMe
:TRACe:UNAMe
