Command Syntax

:SOURceN:AMPLitude <amplitude>

<amplitude> is a double.

Where N identifies an instrument's specific channel in the form "<connection1-8>_<ch1-8>" (for example, SOURce4_2). With connection 1, the connection number part (that is, "1_") is optional, and you can simply use the channel number "<ch1-8>" (for example, SOURce3 which is the same as SOURce1_3).

Query Syntax

:SOURceN:AMPLitude?

Description

On simulated instruments, sets the specified waveform's amplitude. Enter the amplitude in volts for electrical channels and Watts for optical channels. To set the offset, use the :SOURce:OFFSet command.
