Command Syntax

:SOURceN:PLENgth

Where N identifies a simulated instrument's specific channel in the form "<connection1-8>_<ch1-8>" (for example, SOURce4_2). With connection 1, the connection number part (that is, "1_") is optional, and you can simply use the channel number "<ch1-8>" (for example, SOURce3 which is the same as SOURce1_3).

Query Syntax

:SOURceN:PLENgth?

Description

Sets or queries the length of the simulated waveform's pattern in symbols.

The simulated waveform's type must be set to DATA using the :SOURce:WTYPe command. If the waveform type is not set to DATA, you cannot set the pattern length and the query returns a value of "1" symbol.
