:SOURce:JITTer:BLIMit

Command Syntax

:SOURceN:JITTer:BLIMit <frequency>

<frequency> is a double.

Where N identifies a simulated instrument's specific channel in the form "<connection1-8>_<ch1-8>" (for example, SOURce4_2). With connection 1, the connection number part (that is, "1_") is optional, and you can simply use the channel number "<ch1-8>" (for example, SOURce3 which is the same as SOURce1_3).

Query Syntax

:SOURceN:JITTer:BLIMit?

Description

On simulated instruments, when the random jitter is bandlimited (see :SOURce:JITTer:BLSTate), this command specifies the bandwidth limit. Bandlimiting by itself reduces the amount of jitter, so compensation is performed to achieve the specified amount of random jitter (see :SOURce:JITTer:RJ).
