Command Syntax

:CALibrate:VERTical:{SLOT{1:8} | LMODule | RMODule}:STARt

Description

Starts an electrical or optical channel vertical calibration. For example, use this command for 86112A, 86105C, and 86107A modules. The *OPC? query should be used to detect when a portion of the calibration has completed. Use the CONTinue command to dismiss dialog boxes that are displayed during a calibration. SLOT1 identifies a module that is installed in the left module bay. SLOT3 identifies a module that is installed in the right module bay. If a vertical calibration is performed on a TDR module, the :CALibrate:LRESistance command is used to enter the load resistance.
