:DISK:DWIZard:SSParam

Command Syntax

:DISK:DWIZard:SSParam {ON | OFF}

Description

When saving a Documentation Wizard zip file (:DWIZard:SAVE), use this command to add Touchstone S-parameter files for a TDR DUT setup (example, DUT N S-Parameters.s2p). The instrument must be in TDR mode (:SYSTem:MODE).

Touchstone files can be imported into Keysight's Physical Layer Test Systems (PLTS) for further analysis. S-parameters cannot be imported back into TDR mode. However, S-parameters can be imported into the following FlexDCA Waveform Signal Processing operators:

• Apply s2p (:SPRocess:CONVolve:FNAMe)
• Apply s4p (:SPRocess:DCONvolve:FNAMe)
• Remove s2p (:SPRocess:DEConvolve:FNAMe)
• Remove s4p (:SPRocess:DDEConvolve:FNAMe)

These operators are used to transform measured waveforms to compensate for the effects of various test-setup devices.

ON

Includes files in Documentation Wizard zip file.

OFF

Excludes files in Documentation Wizard zip file.
