Description

For an IEEE 12-Edge Output Jitter measurement, selects an output jitter measurements that are based on a specific probability as listed in the following table.

To select the waveform's edge (edge category) for the measurement, use the :MEASure:JITTer:OJITter:JNU:ECATegory command. To return the measurement, use the :MEASure:JITTer:OJITter:JNU? query. The measurement result is always for a specified type and edge category.

This command is equivalent to the Select Jnu Type field in the Jitter Measurements tab of the Jitter Mode Measurement Setup dialog. Use the :DISPlay:JITTer:OJITter:ECATegory command to select the type of waveform edge (edge category) on which to construct the displayed Output Jitter Histogram graph.
