Query Syntax

:TDR:CALibration:DUTN:CDATa:REASon?

Where N indicates one of 16 possible DUT setups. For example, :DUT4.

Description

Returns a message about the current TDR calibration. For a correct calibration, the date that the calibration was created is returned. For example,

"Created: 10/23/2014 13:41:00"

For an invalid calibration, an informational message is returned such as these examples:

"Please select a file."
"Incorrect module configuration."

Use the parent :TDR:CALibration:DUT:CDATa command, to return the state of the calibration.
