Query Syntax

:TDR:CALibration:DUTN:CONFig?

Where N indicates one of 16 possible DUT setups. For example, :DUT4.

Query Response

{CORR | INV}

Description

Queries the status of the any currently loaded TDR calibration data in the TDR Setup dialog. The data can be correct (CORR) or invalid (INV). If the data is invalid, use the :REASon child query to determine the reason.

Requires FlexDCA revision A.04.00 and above.
