Command Syntax

:TDR:CALibration:DUTN:SENDed:PORT{1:16}:CKIT <string>

Where N indicates one of 16 possible DUT setups. For example, :DUT4.

The following <string> arguments (calibration kits) are supported. The string argument is not case sensitive.

Query Syntax

:TDR:CALibration:DUTN:SENDed:PORT{1:16}:CKIT?

Description

Enters the calibration kit that is to be used during a TDR calibration for each of the DUT's ports. The :PORT{1:16} portion of the command string identifies a specific DUT port. For single-ended DUTs, :PORT1 identifies port 1, :PORT2 identifies port 2, :PORT3 identifies port 3, and so on. For differential DUTs, selecting the correct port number in the command is slightly more complicated. The port numbers are identified in numerical order starting with the positive sides of the first input port and its associated output port. Then, the negative sides of the same ports are identified This continues with the next input and outputs ports. The following table shows the port numbering for a six-port DUT.
