:TDR:CALibration:DUT:METHod

Command Syntax

:TDR:CALibration:DUTN:METHod {SOLT | SLT | ECAL}

Where N indicates one of 16 possible DUT setups. For example, :DUT4.

Query Syntax

:TDR:CALibration:DUTN:METHod?

Description

Select the method used to perform the TDR calibration. Selections are Short-Open-Load-Thru (SOLT), Short-Load-Thru (SLT), and ECal-Based (ECAL). The calibration is performed for the indicated DUT.

SOLT or SLT

When a SOLT or SLT calibration is selected, use the :TDR:CALibration:DUT:SENDed:PORT:CKIT and :TDR:CALibration:DUT:SENDed:PORT:CKIT commands to specify the DUT connection types and calibration kit used.

ECAL

When an ECal-Based calibration is selected, use the Configure ECal Adapter for DUT wizard to specify any adapters that are required to insert the ECal module into the test setup in place of the DUT. Use the :TDR:ADAPters:STARt command to start the wizard. Use the :TDR:ADAPters:CHAR command to select a characterization for the ECal module.
