Command Syntax

:TDR:ASNaming {ON | OFF}

Query Syntax

:TDR:ASNaming?

Description

Turns automatic signal naming on Waveform content windows on or off. This determines if waveforms are identified in the displayed window legend by channel (OFF) or by the DUT's port name (ON). The default setting is on. This setting does not affect the legend on other TDR Mode content windows. When signal naming is turned on, the default labels (for example, "Port") are displayed unless you have changed them using the :TDR:DUT:SENDed:PORT:UNAMe command. On differential signals, use the :TDR:DUT:ADPNaming command to specify custom port naming by individual (+/–) ports or differential ports.
