:TDR:CHANnel:PORT
Command Syntax
For single-ended connections:
:TDR:CHANnelN:PORT {NCONnected | PORT{1 | 2 | 4 | 8 | 12 | 16} }
For differential connections:
:TDR:CHANnelN:PORT {NCONnected | PPORt{1 | 2 | 4 | 6 | 8} | NPORt{1 | 2 | 4 | 6 | 8} } }
Where N identifies a specific channel and must be selected from {1:8}{A|B|C|D}. For example, 2A. For differential channels, the alpha portion of the identifier to select from is {A|C}. For example, 1A but not 1B.
Query Syntax
:TDR:CHANnel:PORT?
Description
Selects the DUT port to which to connect the indicated channel. To select an enabled TDR DUT setup for the connection, use the :TDR:CHANnel:DUT
command.
To successfully assign a channel to the DUT, you must use both the :TDR:CHANnel:DUT
and :TDR:CHANnel:PORT
commands. Or, you can have the available channels automatically selected and connected to the DUT, use the :TDR:DUT:ACONnect
command.
For differential connections, the command argument PPORt{n
} refers to the port's positive (+) input. The command argument NPORt{n}
refers to the port's negative (–) input.
