Command Syntax

:TDR:CALibration:DUTN:ECAL:STATus?

Where N indicates one of 16 possible DUT setups. For example, :DUT4.

Query Response

Description

Returns the status of the ECal module for an ECal-based calibration. The status can be correct (CORR) or invalid (INV). Use the :REASon child query to return a message about the module.

Requires FlexDCA revision A.04.00 and above.
